Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actor who entered the spotlight after her performance in the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. Barbara appeared in the Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, and guest-starred on ABC's George Lopez and played a regular role on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara starred in Neil Simon's take on The Odd Couple for women and also on stage alongside Hal Linden in Love Letters. Barbara was on stage in Kansas City Missouri at The New Theatre during 2012. The show Social Security ran for one month in Jacksonville Florida.
